Supply of goods
To order from our site you must be located in the UK or Ireland.
Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. No payment details are kept by Only Footcare Ltd
Title of goods
No title of any goods in an order shall pass to you until we have received payment in full for the entire order and it has been successfully delivered to you. One goods have been delivered to you; they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and are Exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added. All prices are correct at the time of entering information.
In normal circumstances you will not be able to order products when they are out of stock and will have to wait until they are back in stock to order them. If, for some reason, you have been able to order an item that is not available, we will contact you by email or phone to offer you another item, to wait for the product to become available, or to cancel your product order and refund you.
Orders received by our warehouse will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Please let us know if there are any specific instructions for the delivery service.
Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL or other courier service as deemed appropriate.
Shipping charges include processing, packaging and delivery and are subject to VAT. Our customers can enjoy completely free shipping on all orders above £100 All other shipping falls under our standard rate of £5.00 per order. Goods may only be subject to a refund if found to be defective. Defective goods must be reported to Only Footcare Ltd within 2 working days of detection and returned to Only Footcare Ltd for testing within 5 days before any claim can be considered.
When you purchase the Verruca Pen PE II , you can enjoy peace of mind with our full 1 year warranty and guarantee. Any faults that occur despite reasonable user care will qualify for a full replacement with no charge. If there are no faults with the item then this warranty does not apply and there is a strict no refund policy.
For all other items – orders in error will only be refunded if returned unused and within 7 days of receiving the item. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Refunds under this section of the policy will be refunded 80% of the item’s value only.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reason, we will notify you by email and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your PayPal account as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact email address email@example.com and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible
Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Third Party Rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may submit the dispute for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
