UK Mainland Customers:

• Enjoy completely free delivery on all orders above £100
• All other shipping falls under our standard rate (5-7 working days) of £5.50 per order

Channel Islands Customers:

• Standard rate (5-7 working days) of £10.00 per order

Scottish Highlands and Islands Customers:

• Enjoy completely free delivery on all orders above £100
• Standard rate (5-7 working days) of £10.00 per order

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly Customers:

• Standard rate (5-7 working days) of £10.00 per order

Ireland Customers:

• Complete your order with us and we’ll be in contact to arrange your postage. You will be invoiced separately for your postage charge which is dependent on the size and weight of your order.

International Customers:

• Complete your order with us and we’ll be in contact to arrange your postage. You will be invoiced separately for your postage charge which is dependent on the size and weight of your order, plus the destination of delivery.

​For all  items – orders in error will only be refunded if returned unused and within 7 days of receiving the item. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Refunds under this section of the policy will be refunded 75% of the item’s value only.

Refunds cannot be made on Medical grade products .

Any Refund requests must be made within  7 days of receipt of the product. After this period no refunds will  be issued
