Replacement Hydrophobic Mist Pads for Chiropod UVC® Extraction Systems Our Replacement Antimicrobial Hydrophobic Mist Filter Pads forChiropod UVC® Extraction Systems. The filter can be easily fitted by the operator in situ.

This antimicrobial washable pre-filter traps moist aerosol droplets on the special hydrophobic mist filter surface which is then exposed to direct UVC radiation to kill viruses and bacteria on the filter. Tight nonwoven rigid polyester that allows a low pressure drop and stops water/mist penetration. The fibers are unaffected by moisture, safe to handle, have no fiberglass or sharp edges, and it doesn’t flake or shed. This antimicrobial filter inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi, mould spores, mildew and other contaminates that can be created in environments with constant humidity and moisture.

NB: Replacement Steel Tray can be purchased separately.

Please take care when changing old, saturated filters for new ones. Please use Personal Protective Equipment and consult with your local authority for correct disposal of saturated filters.
